I’ve been carrying this project in my heart for a long time, and the moment has finally come to share it with you. On April 31, I’m taking Echoes of the Highlands to the rooftop of Ras Amba Hotel, the perfect place where Addis tradition meets the modern pulse of our city.
This album is my love letter to Ethiopia. It’s the sound of our highlands, our stories, our rhythm reimagined for today. I blended the old with the new, the spiritual with the urban, the begena with the synths, because that’s who we are: rooted and rising.
