Near Arat Kilo and Parliament, this cathedral is where Emperor Haile Selassie is buried and honestly, the stained glass alone is worth the early wake-up call. Quiet, grand, and a proper way to kick off a history-heavy day.

Stop 2 : National Museum

Manicured gardens,zoo, imperial architecture, and enough shade to make it your official "recharge" stop of the day.

Stop 10 : Adwa Memorial Museum

Constructed in 1955 to commemorate Emperor Haile Selassie's Silver Jubilee, the National Palace offers an afternoon glimpse of royal jewelry and antique cars. It's worth a leisurely visit before you move on.
